MOVE IN/OUT CHECKLIST

Dusting: Clean all surfaces including baseboards, blinds, light fixtures, doors and ceiling fans. 

Floors: Vacuum or sweep and then mop all areas. 

Walls: Check for marks, and clean as necessary. Clean light switches and door handles. 

Kitchen: Clean inside all appliances including oven and range hood, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Wipe down all counters, sinks, cabinets, and drawers.

Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect sinks, toilet, shower and tub and wipe down mirrors.  

Windows: Clean all inside windows and frames.  

Garbage: Remove all garbage and unwanted items from the property.  

Final Inspection: Do a final walkthrough of the property to ensure everything is clean and in order.
